If the package gets returned to ERANZI due to absence of addressee, unclaimed by addressee, wrong address written by customer, and etc, there are two options you can choose.
1) You can request for reshipment
You will be charged additional shipping cost for reshipment. Once we receive the reshipment fee, the package will be shipped again.
2) You can request for refund
Shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Please make sure to check your status of your package, and contact local post office if delivery was made while you were gone.
