You may cancel your order ONLY IF the items are not shipped out before we
receive your message, so we recommend you rather call our service center than
send us an email.
Your cancelled items will either be refunded to your
method of payment or will be credited to your ERANZI account as points upon
request. If you made purchase with ERANZI credits, it will be redeemed back to
your account. Points cannot be refunded as cash.
