Please be advised that due to complicated process in international
shipping, we do not offer exchange or return. We ONLY accept return if we send
you wrong item(s) by mistake or when the item(s) are damaged. We recommend you ask all questions in
regards to color/size/styling before placing an order.
[Before Shipment]
- You may request to change on color/size of the item you ordered.
- You may request to cancel the item you ordered.
** Cancellation and exchange can be proceeded only when your package is not shipped.

[After Shipment]
Once package had been shipped, you cannot not request for exchange or cancellation.
We ONLY accept return if the item(s) are damaged or if we send you wrong item(s) by mistake.
In the rare case you receive damaged item or item you did not order, kindly notify us WITHIN 7days of initial delivery by posting on our customer service page, or call/e-mail our customer service center +6016-5217199 / stella@eranzi.co.kr
(Malaysia customer service hours: 10am-1pm, 2pm-7pm Malaysian time). We sincerely apologize the inconvenience and for our error in processing.
When writing an email, please include your name, order number, product name, explanation, and detailed picture(s) of the item(s).
Please follow the instructions of the customer service agent, and return the item(s) via EMS. Provide us with the return tracking information WITHIN 7days of initial delivery. Failing to notify us will result in your package being refused, so please contact us immediately when you realize your item is flawed. When sending back items, you must return ALL components and or any free gifts that came with the order. Failing to do so may prolong the time it takes for us to issue proper refund.
Because ERANZI has an international returning system, please allow us 14 business days for your refund to be completed. If you pay for the return shipping fee upon sending back the parcel, we will issue refund of the items plus the shipping fee. We will refer to the return shipping slip for shipping fee refund, but please keep the receipt for your own information.
<Measurements>
There may be a margin of 2-3cm error in detailed measurements depending on how and where you measure. Please make sure you are measuring the same way as pictured in the "size info" which is located at the bottom of the page above the material explanation. 2-3cm difference in measurement is not considered faulty and cannot be a valid reason for return.
<Swinwear/Lingeries>
Please note that we are unable to process returns/exchange for swimwear/lingeries that have been worn, altered or washed.
All swimwear/lingeries must be in new and unused condition with sanitary liner in place and repackaged in its original packaging.
