Not all ERANZI items are fully stocked at the time of
your order. For some items, we need to confirm payment before we order the item
from the manufacturer. This usually takes one full business day after payment
confirmation, but may take a few more days depending on the manufacturer. In
such cases, we may not know some items are sold out before your payment is
confirmed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
If your item turns out to be out of stock, you can exchange to another item or
